There have been theories and suspense on who Savitar is. While there are many possibilities of who could be Savitar.
Here are the 5 most possible candidates
1. Eddie Thawne
During the season 1 finale, Eddie Thawne killed himself to save Barry. Eddie cant be alive in present and in future.
But if he is a speedster in the past somehow, he can travel to future and anytime. Like Eobard Thawne is dead in current time line but is back from past in current timeline to change the reality.
He is currently in
Legends of tomorrow.
Similarly, Eddie is a possible Savitar.
Why he'd kill Iris? He loved her.
Knowing that he sacrificed himself for barry, but iris went to Barry and both are together. This might have pissed Eddie from past and he kills Iris and make Barry suffer.
He has the strongest reason to hate Barry.

H.R. Wells
Since the season has started, HR wells has not shown any specific reason to be on this earth and neither he has proved his presence important. He is always mysterious.
Secondly if any body has noticed, both HR and Savitar calls Wally West as Wallus.
He is the only one who was so ambitious about training Wally and make him achieve his true speed. Which also Savitar could have wanted.
But if he is the god of speed between the Savitar mask, then the show creators wont get any points because season 1 Harrison wells did the same thing and would have same suspense climax which would not interest majority of the audience.
3.
Cisco Ramon
After the flashpoint, cisco hated Barry for not going back in past and saving his brother Dante. This could have pissed him now, and in future when he somehow got the speed is back in past to take revenge at current Barry.
Also someone posted a picture of Cisco's IMDB bio which read as Savitar below. Here is the screenshot. He could be Savitar like anybody else above.

Wally- Kid Flash
When Wally got his speed, he was any means faster than Barry. But Barry was still better and he hated him for that.
May be in future he got so pocessed with speed and defeating Barry that he decided to make him suffer in other means.
In one of the previous episodes, Savitar said: I am the Future, flash!
He might mean that in future Barry is not there and kid flash is then the only flash.
In the recent promo of Flash 3x19- The once and the Future Flash, Wally is seen sitting on a wheelchair which means he want be able to run, left alone walk or stand.
He even considerably has less reasons to be Savitar than eddie and cisco but lets see who is the man behind the god of speed mask.

Barry Allen is Savitar
Yes barry allen, has the most number of reasons to be the Savitar.
A) He was ideally the first known Speedster as well, as is told about Savitar.
No eubard thwane was from future. Zoom was from anoother earth.
B) Remember what Savitar said: I am the Future Flash. Removed the comma after the word future.
But he said the same. Yes logically he confessed it two times.
2 times he said to flash: I am the Future Flash.
It means either he meant:
I am the Future, flash. Or
I am the Future Flash
If this scenrio is considered to be true, then this would be the best climax of the all the Flash sessions by now and will rate highest TRP records.
But why? Future Barry is pissed of at current Barry may be because he messed up with the timeline badly.
In the recent promo- The once and the Future flash, Killer Frost said to Barry when asked about Savitar that: you'll be surprised to know.
Which means he knows the person which implies its someone from inside the team.
The First main contender is Barry Allen himself and second is Cisco and then Eddie Thawne.
Apart from the face behind the mask, the alleged and uncredited voice over artist you must know is Tobin Bell. Yes, the guy from SAW series.
